Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said that when diplomacy is given a chance, it is possible to reach solutions through negotiations.
This came in a speech, Thursday, during his participation in the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, in its 29th edition, held in the Polish city of Lodz.
Cavusoglu pointed out that territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence are among the principles of the United Nations and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.
He added that the meeting of the foreign ministers of the organization for this year is being held in exceptional circumstances due to the Russian-Ukrainian war.

And he added, “It is possible to reach solutions through negotiations when diplomacy is given an opportunity, and thwarting this fateful platform will not serve anyone.”
Cavusoglu stressed that Turkey will continue to support the efforts of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.
It is noteworthy that the twenty-ninth session of the Ministerial Council of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe will be held on 1 and 2 December.
On February 24, Russia launched a military operation in Ukraine, which was followed by international rejection and economic sanctions on Moscow, which requires Kyiv to abandon plans to join military entities to end its operation, which the latter considers an “interference” in its sovereignty.
