Spanish media said, on Thursday, that a “suspicious” package had arrived at a military air base in the capital, Madrid.
The Spanish newspaper “El Confidencial” reported that a “suspicious” package had arrived at the Torrejon de Ardoz military air base.
The newspaper pointed out that the package is similar to the letters that arrived yesterday, Wednesday, to the Ukrainian embassy in Madrid and the “Zaragoza” company that sends missile launchers to the Ukrainian forces.
On Wednesday, a female employee of the Ukrainian embassy in Madrid was slightly injured after a letter bomb exploded, according to Spanish police.

Following the incident, the Spanish police imposed a security cordon around the embassy, which is located in a residential area near the French School in Madrid.
