On Saturday, the United Kingdom announced the provision of an air defense package worth 50 million pounds (about 60 million dollars) to Ukraine, which includes anti-aircraft weapons and technology to counter Iranian marches.
“Today we are introducing new air defences, including anti-aircraft guns, radars and anti-drone equipment, and stepping up humanitarian support for the coming cold, harsh winter,” British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said, during a surprise visit today to Ukraine, during which he met with its President Volodymyr Zelensky.
“While the Ukrainian Armed Forces are succeeding in pushing back the Russian forces on the ground, civilians are being brutally bombed from the air,” Sunak added.
The air defense package provided to Ukraine includes 125 anti-aircraft guns and technology to counter Iranian drones, including dozens of radars and anti-drone electronic warfare capabilities.

And earlier in November, the British Ministry of Defense announced that more than a thousand new anti-aircraft missiles will be supplied to Ukraine.
Britain also decided to send medical experts and engineers to the region to help boost the capabilities of the Ukrainian armed forces.
