Two Palestinians were killed by Israeli army bullets in Jenin

On Thursday, two Palestinians were killed by Israeli army bullets, during an incursion into the Jenin refugee camp, in the northern West Bank.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health said in a statement that reached Anatolia: “The martyrdom of the two young men, Muhammad Ayman Al-Saadi (26 years), and Naim Jamal Zubaidi (27 years), by the Israeli occupation bullets at dawn today during its aggression on the Jenin camp.”

Local sources told Anadolu Agency, “An Israeli force stormed the city and camp of Jenin and surrounded a house, which led to a clash with Palestinian gunmen.”

Witnesses added that the clash lasted about an hour and a half.

For its part, the Jenin Battalion of the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, mourned the two martyrs in a statement, saying that they were among its leaders.

She indicated that she would move forward in resisting the Israeli occupation.

For months, the Israeli army has been carrying out operations in the northern West Bank, concentrated in the cities of Nablus and Jenin, under the pretext of pursuing wanted persons.

Clashes and exchanges of fire usually erupt in each operation, in anger at the continued attacks of the army and settlers against the Palestinian people.
