Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met with British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak in Kyiv.
Zelensky said in a post on Telegram, Saturday, that he met Sunak at the presidential office in Kiev.
He explained that the meeting with Sunak dealt with the existing cooperation between Ukraine and Britain, as well as global security issues.
Zelensky continued, “Ukraine and Britain have been the two strongest allies since the early days of the war (the circle with Russia).”

In turn, Sunak said on Twitter that Britain understands the meaning of the struggle for freedom, and stands by Ukraine.
