As the competition intensifies in the Round of 16 of the 2022 World Cup, Qatar continues to provide an atmosphere of excitement and fascination for football fans in the capital, Doha.
This comes within the framework of Qatar’s interest in the fans who visit the city during the tournament, without entering the stadiums during all matches.
The Supreme Committee for Delivery and Legacy, which is responsible for organizing and implementing the World Cup projects, has colored every corner in Doha and decorated it with the flags of the 32 countries participating in the tournament.
The huge and distinctive buildings in the capital were also decorated with pictures of football stars participating in the tournament, especially Messi, Ronaldo and Neymar, to transform the squares and streets in the Lusail region into centers where everyone feels enthusiastic.

The boats that adorn the beaches of Katara and are equipped with the flags of the participating countries are also among the interesting preparations for the World Cup. When the weather is stormy, the boats race in a scene that gives football fans enjoyable moments.
South Korean fan Kwon Suk told Anadolu Agency, “It was the right decision that I came to Qatar to attend the World Cup. I never regret it.”
He added, “I live in a wonderful atmosphere in Qatar. I did not expect this impressive organization, and I enjoyed the performance of my team in the tournament.”
Jin Sang, another South Korean fan, said: “We had some difficulty against Portugal. We showed how much effort our team put in. The most important feature of the team is that its members always work hard, which enables us to show the world our best.”
